After purchasing a Custom Mix Package or a Premade Mix with Customization (voiceovers, sound fx, etc), your order is immediately moved to a processing status of Paid.
During this time, an IPP representative will review your order and any informative media you may have submitted (8-count sheets, videos, etc). If approved, your order will be updated to a status of Customizing Your Mix as the production team composes the customizations you have requested.
If after review, it is determined that the information you have submitted is in question, or that your order requires further (or simply better quality) information to be submitted, your order's status will be set to Awaiting Info. This status will trigger an email, notifying you of the status change as well as what info IPP is requesting in order to complete your customization.
