Upon completion of your Custom Mix, the production team will upload the finished mp3 file to your account. Doing so will trigger an email notification that your mix is completed.
Your mixes will be available for download in the orders tab of your account. Where before there were only 2 buttons before, marked VIEW AND MESSAGE & PROFORMA, there will now be 3 buttons:
- VIEW AND MESSAGE
- INVOICE
- VIEW CUSTOMIZED MIX(ES)
Clicking the VIEW CUSTOMIZED MIX(ES) button will download your customized mix in mp3 format to your device.
Note: On orders with multiple mixes, the production team may opt to use the team name associated with each mix, instead of "CUSTOMIZED MIX" in order to help discern between them.
