After purchasing a premade mix with customization (voiceovers, sound fx, etc), your order is immediately moved to a processing status. During this time, an IPP representative will review your order and any informative media you may have submitted (8-count sheets, videos, etc). If approved, your order will be updated to a status of Customizing Your Mix as the production team composes the customizations you have requested. All steps in this process can be followed via the order tracker on each order in your Account.

Upon completion of your customized mix, the production team will upload the finished mp3 file to your account. Doing so will trigger an email notification that your mix is completed.
Your customized mixes will be available for download in the orders tab of your account. Where before there were only 2 buttons, marked VIEW AND MESSAGE & PROFORMA, there will now be 3 buttons:
- VIEW AND MESSAGE
- INVOICE
- VIEW CUSTOMIZED MIX(ES)
Clicking the VIEW CUSTOMIZED MIX(ES) button will download your customized mix in mp3 format to your device.
Note: On orders with multiple mixes, the production team may opt to use the team name associated with each mix, instead of "CUSTOMIZED MIX" in order to help discern between them.
